Supercharge your body, mind and heart with this Durga practice of dynamic core work, breath alchemy, balancing poses and creative patterns of movement to awaken your power in a new way. Hear the stories of Durga who rides the tiger and fortifies the practitioner with strength, courage, bravery and resilience.

Be inspired by new patterns of movement and asana that include: vinyasa, arm balances, core work and full spectrum movement across the whole body. Sianna will integrate myth, mantra, mudra and magic into this dynamic activation.

This is a Tantric Quest into your empowered self and through Mythic Yoga FlowTM, you’ll call on the fierce clarity of Durga as you activate wisdom in your body, heart and psyche. Myth is the language of the soul.

Mantra frees the mind. Mudra awakens healing. Magic is the portal home.

This is a dynamic practice for dynamic times.
