Bhakti Shakti Lakshmi Flow: Backbends, Pranayama & Chanting

Love is the Source and Love is the Force! Awaken your heart of compassion and the power of grace in this Rasa Yoga flow of backbends, pranayama, and chanting. This practice is a dynamic flow of asana, mantra, mudra and heart fire vision. Learn a skillful sequence to full wheel pose, Urdhva Dhanurasana, and creative variations of backbends all along the way. With proper alignment, backbends help to heal the body, clear the mind and open the lungs to breathe more deeply.

This is a progressive sequence of standing poses with symmetrical and asymmetrical backbends. Sianna will share functional anatomy exercises to strengthen the posterior chain of muscles as you align with the divine.

Hear the stories of Lakshmi through a Tantric lens, chant in community for prosperity and embody the flow of love as you untie the knots of the heart, spin the prayer wheel and set your spirit free.
