MAX capacity is limited to 10 attendees due to SUP equipment.

Embrace the wildness of water, its splashes, critters, and the surprises that nudge you to embrace the unexpected. Explore how water carries sound and energy. We will connect as a group with laughter, playful chants and hums that will ripple across the lake. This class will begin & end in savasana with some playfulness in star and crow pose.

Note: All classes will include a dry land SUP demo that will review the equipment, basic paddling technique and how to clip into the yoga dock.

Bring:
Water and good vibes

Wear:
Quick dry clothing (little to no cotton)
Water shoes or sandals (we will take off during practice)
Sunblock

***Class Includes SUP equipment, safety gear and instruction

NOTE: Attendees are to meet at the front doors of Palisade High School at 1:10 pm for the shuttle to take them to Riverbend Lake.
