Grand Valley Yoga Fest is a three-day celebration of yoga, music, and community set among the beautiful peach orchards in Palisade, Colorado. 

Enjoy 50+ classes and experiences with inspiring teachers and musicians while connecting with an incredible community.

Flow State Vinyasa
Saturday May 30, 2026 8:00am - 9:30am MDT
The Main Stage Tent
We will start class by finding our flow through breathwork and meditation, and then move into a beautiful vinyasa sequence, emphasizing the importance of the "journey from pose to pose."
The first half of class will be vigorous, but mindful, led by a one breath per movement flow. We will follow with standing and balancing postures, with plenty of options for inversions/arm balancing.
The practice will wind down on the ground with seated and finishing postures, finishing where we started with breathwork and meditation, and of course, a sweet savasana!
