Inversions become accessible in this practice as the aerial yoga hammock safely suspends your body. Defying the confines of gravity, arm balances, forward folds, and lotus pose take on new meaning.

The possibility of holding inversions longer, anchoring in alignment, and exploring the ways air opens the door to previously unattainable postures, is what makes this practice playful and fascinating.

Practice your yoga in the air to move freely, release fear, and float into a deeper understanding of your well-being as the blood reverses itself. Improve circulation, traction the spine, detoxify and increase immunity, shift your energy with this practice. See the world from a shifted perspective and feel held in its infinite potential.

No experience necessary.
Note: Arrive ten minutes before class to get your hammock sized.
