Ally Watters is a fascia-focused bodyworker, yoga health educator, and wellness guide specializing in nervous system regulation, structural pain relief, and evolutionary habits. As a wellness guide and pro of 28 years, she's devoted to helping you re-design your body into a place where you feel at home again.
After debilitating back pain sidelined her just after college, she became driven to understand how to rebuild the body from the inside out—transforming the inner landscape into a place of strength, ease, and connection.
Her work integrates myofascial release, posture re-patterning, health coaching and intuitive awareness. She is driven by a Posture with Purpose approach—addressing the interconnected layers of fascia, muscle, bone, and organ systems into the subtle soul essence you hold dear.
Blending science with yogic subtle awareness practices, Ally guides students through body mapping, conscious health routines, with deep internal listening to restore balance, reduce pain, and reconnect to the body as a living, layered, responsive system.
