We will start class by finding our flow through breathwork and meditation, and then move into a beautiful vinyasa sequence, emphasizing the importance of the "journey from pose to pose." The first half of class will be vigorous, but mindful, led by a one breath per movement flow. We will follow with standing and balancing postures, with plenty of options for inversions/arm balancing. The practice will wind down on the ground with seated and finishing postures, finishing where we started with breathwork and meditation, and of course, a sweet savasana!

This practice is a dynamic flow of asana, mantra, mudra and heart fire vision. Learn a skillful sequence to full wheel pose, Urdhva Dhanurasana, and creative variations of backbends all along the way.
