Learning to Soar: Discovering the Language of Aerial Yoga
Sunday May 31, 2026 8:00am - 9:30am MDT
Every yoga practice has a beginning. Aerial Yoga is no exception. Whether new to this style of yoga or a wisened practitioner, this session will focus on the language of aerial yoga through a beginners “mind”.

The aerial hammock is a looped fabric that is suspended from an anchor point above. The purpose of the aerial yoga hammock is to act as a supportive prop for the safe entrance/ exit into a variety of postures as well as a prop for changing posture accessibility.

Postures found in traditional Hatha Yoga provide the foundation for the forward folds, arm balances, twists, standing balances, inversions, and reclined positions the hammock assists. Progressing through a variety of aerial yoga postures where the hammock becomes a partner in assisting body and breath movement, this practice deepens stretches, elongates muscles, opens the heart, decompresses the spine, and rejuvenates the Soul.

Discovering the Way of the Hammock, brings alternate ways of expressing and experiencing the body-breath-soul connection. The benefits to this practice go beyond body function reaching into the depths of psychological well-being and resilience.

No experience necessary.
Note: Arrive ten minutes before class to get your hammock sized.

Freedom Candy: Finding the Sweetness of Living Free
Sunday May 31, 2026 10:00am - 11:30am MDT
Summary: Stop waiting for a retreat to find your peace. Discover how to transform the 'grit' of daily chores, traffic, and
bills into a direct path to the True Self, anchoring your heart in an unshakable inner sanctuary.

Overview: We often feel that spiritual life happens only on a meditation cushion, while the rest of our day is a prison of distraction. In this Satsang, we bridge the gap between the sacred and the mundane by learning to 'leave a crack' for the Light in our busiest moments.

Using the 'Interior Cell' of the heart, we explore how to remain grounded as the Witness even while navigating money distress, physical pain, or the noise of the world. By reclaiming the small pauses in our day, we stop being victims of circumstance and start living from the Silence that is our real name. This gathering offers a practical roadmap to 'Meditation in Motion,' turning every ordinary task into a sweet expression of inherent liberty.

Sacred Sound Immersion with Healing Touch Support
Sunday May 31, 2026 10:00am - 11:30am MDT
Immerse yourself in the healing vibrations of sound.

A diverse array of instruments from bells, chimes, didgeridoo, flute, and gong will transport you deep into meditation and into the potency of the present moment.

Sacred sound has long been used across cultures as a contemplative and spiritual practice—a way of attuning to something larger than the individual self. In this context, sound becomes both a sensory experience and a meditative anchor, supporting clarity, connection, and a sense of inner alignment.

Krista Cashin is a Reiki Master and will offer Healing Touch Therapy support throughout the session.  This gentle, evidence-informed practice uses light contact at the shoulders, face, and neck to support relaxation and energetic integration, with optional essential oils available.

With each movement we will cultivate a sense of selflessness and compassion, knowing that the practice of yoga extends far beyond the boundaries of our mats.

Take Refuge: Yoga, Breath, & Inversions for Challenging Times
Sunday May 31, 2026 10:00am - 11:30am MDT
When the going gets rough… take refuge in your practice.

This class is a return—to your breath, your body, and the quiet strength within you.

Through simple breathwork, mantra, yoga as body prayer, and inversions, we’ll explore how to shift not only your body—but your perspective, your energy, and your inner state.

Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is turn yourself upside down—literally—and see life from a new place.

This practice is simple and transformative - something you'll want to return to again and again, even if you only have 20 minutes.

We'll move through breath, a soulful, heart-opening flow, accessible inversion options, and space for nourishment and integration - so your whole system can settle, rest, and come back into balance whenever you need to reconnect with yourself.

You’ll leave with a practice you can return to in your hardest moments—something uplifting, supportive, and nourishing.

This is the power of practice rooted in ancient wisdom, offering simple, meaningful tools you can return to daily, both in challenging times or anytime you long to come home to yourself.

As you reconnect with your body in this way, you begin to remember—your body is a temple, and within it lives everything you need to feel peace of mind, ease of heart, and a connection to the divine within you.

Men’s Circle for Real Life Awakening: The Path of Freedom
Sunday May 31, 2026 12:00pm - 1:00pm MDT
What if the thing keeping you stuck… isn’t your life—but your relationship to it?
In this experiential men’s circle, we’ll explore a different path—one that doesn’t require fixing yourself, pushing harder, or becoming someone new. Instead, we’ll practice what it means to wake up inside the life you already have.
Drawing from themes in Living AWAKE: A Guide to the Path of Freedom, this circle blends modern psychology, nervous system awareness, and timeless wisdom to help you:
  • Recognize the patterns that keep you stuck in stress, striving, or disconnection
  • Understand why insight alone isn’t enough—and what actually creates change
  • Learn how to work with your nervous system instead of against it
  • Practice the “sacred pause” so you can respond rather than react
  • Experience what it feels like to shift from pressure and performance… into presence and freedom
This is not group therapy, and it’s not about sharing your deepest story (unless you want to). It’s a grounded, real, and supportive space for men to slow down, reconnect, and remember what’s already here.
Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply curious about a deeper way of living—this circle offers a direct experience of moving from stuck… to free.
Come as you are.

Your Body Already Knows the Season: An Ayurvedic Movement Experience
Sunday May 31, 2026 1:15pm - 2:45pm MDT
Your body and mind are already in conversation with the season. Ayurveda is just the art of learning to listen. This session is an invitation to experience Ayurveda not as a system of rules, but as a living conversation between your body and the world around you.

During our time together, we'll use sensory meditation to feel the qualities of each dosha from the inside out through the body's own recognition of summer heat, spring heaviness, winter wind. From there we'll move into a summer yoga flow designed so that even within a group, you practice as yourself. We’ll explore how your individual constitution, the time of day, and the current season can shape how you inhabit every posture.

No prior Ayurveda knowledge needed. Just bring your body and your curiosity.
