The Transformative Power of Mantra: Vibration as a Path to Freedom
Saturday May 30, 2026 8:00am - 9:30am MDT
Summary: Join us for a transformative gathering dedicated to exploring how the ancient practice of mantra can serve as a powerful path to inner and outer freedom. Learn how to harness the science of sound to cut through the stress of mental disquiet and tune your life to our higher reality.

Overview: Our inner lives are often dominated by the restless momentum of the 'monkey mind'—a relentless loop of worry and distraction. Drawing from the Yoga Sutras, the Bhagavad Gita, and the Shvetashvatara Upanishad, we will explore Mantra not just as a ritual, but as a psychological and spiritual anchor. In this Satsang, we move
from the theory of sound to the direct experience of liberation. We will examine how the dual practices of Japa (meditative focus) and Kirtan (devotional expression) act as a fire that burns away mental conditioning, replacing the noise of the ego with the clear, resonant vibration of the Self."

Flow State Vinyasa
Saturday May 30, 2026 8:00am - 9:30am MDT
We will start class by finding our flow through breathwork and meditation, and then move into a beautiful vinyasa sequence, emphasizing the importance of the "journey from pose to pose."
The first half of class will be vigorous, but mindful, led by a one breath per movement flow. We will follow with standing and balancing postures, with plenty of options for inversions/arm balancing.
The practice will wind down on the ground with seated and finishing postures, finishing where we started with breathwork and meditation, and of course, a sweet savasana!

Shifting Perspectives: Inversions in Aerial Yoga
Saturday May 30, 2026 10:00am - 11:30am MDT
Inversions become accessible in this practice as the aerial yoga hammock safely suspends your body. Defying the confines of gravity, arm balances, forward folds, and lotus pose take on new meaning.

The possibility of holding inversions longer, anchoring in alignment, and exploring the ways air opens the door to previously unattainable postures, is what makes this practice playful and fascinating.

Practice your yoga in the air to move freely, release fear, and float into a deeper understanding of your well-being as the blood reverses itself. Improve circulation, traction the spine, detoxify and increase immunity, shift your energy with this practice. See the world from a shifted perspective and feel held in its infinite potential.

No experience necessary.
Note: Arrive ten minutes before class to get your hammock sized.

Women’s Circle: Guided by the Power of Love
Saturday May 30, 2026 12:00pm - 1:00pm MDT
Step into a sacred space where love becomes the force that moves you, connects you, and inspires you to give back.
This Women’s Circle is an invitation to return to your heart—through intentional movement, authentic connection, mantra, and the quiet power of being witnessed and seen.
Inspired by Lalita—the goddess of love, beauty, and devotion—we’ll explore what it means to let love lead. Not as an idea, but as a lived experience.
You’ll be guided through:
• Gentle, intentional movement to open and awaken the body
• Heart-centered sharing and witnessing in a safe, supportive space
• Voice and mantra practices to activate and express love from within
• Sacred intention setting—what you’re ready to release and what you’re ready to invite
• Simple, embodied practices to carry love into your daily life and relationships
As your heart opens, something natural begins to unfold—you feel more connected, more alive, and more inspired to give back from a place of fullness rather than obligation.
Together, we’ll soften effort, open the heart, and allow sound to move what words alone cannot—letting devotion come alive in the body.
As love becomes embodied and expressed, it ripples outward—shifting how you connect, how you give, and how you show up in the world.
This is a space to be seen, to be felt, and to remember: love is not something you chase… it’s something you choose. And your voice is part of your power.
Come as you are. Leave feeling nourished, open, connected, and rooted in the power of love.

Lunch Satsang with Swami ~ Conquering Fear & Anger
Saturday May 30, 2026 12:00pm - 1:00pm MDT
Grab your lunch and join Swami for an engaging dialogue on the Wisdom of Impermanence.

Summary "Step out of the shadow of anxiety and into the light of the Eternal. Join us as we explore the root of fear and the fearless nature of the True Self."

Overview "Fear is the shadow cast by the ego’s attachment to the temporary. Whether it is fear of change, loss, or death, the root is always a forgetfulness of our true nature. In this Satsang, we will discuss the concept of 'Abhaya' (fearlessness) found in the Yoga Vasishta. By discerning what changes (the body, the mind, the world) from what never
changes (the Witness), we cultivate a courage that is not merely bravery, but a shift in identity. We will learn to rest in the safety of the Immortal 'I' that no sword can cut and no fire can burn."

In Sanskrit, Satsang is a gathering/ sangha of the seekers of Truth/sat.

Learning to Soar: Discovering the Language of Aerial Yoga
Saturday May 30, 2026 1:15pm - 2:45pm MDT
Every yoga practice has a beginning. Aerial Yoga is no exception. Whether new to this style of yoga or a wisened practitioner, this session will focus on the language of aerial yoga through a beginners “mind”.

The aerial hammock is a looped fabric that is suspended from an anchor point above. The purpose of the aerial yoga hammock is to act as a supportive prop for the safe entrance/ exit into a variety of postures as well as a prop for changing posture accessibility.

Postures found in traditional Hatha Yoga provide the foundation for the forward folds, arm balances, twists, standing balances, inversions, and reclined positions the hammock assists. Progressing through a variety of aerial yoga postures where the hammock becomes a partner in assisting body and breath movement, this practice deepens stretches, elongates muscles, opens the heart, decompresses the spine, and rejuvenates the Soul.

Discovering the Way of the Hammock, brings alternate ways of expressing and experiencing the body-breath-soul connection. The benefits to this practice go beyond body function reaching into the depths of psychological well-being and resilience.

No experience necessary.
Note: Arrive ten minutes before class to get your hammock sized.

Astrology · Intention · Breath work · Progressive Relaxation · Gong Meditation

The same cycles moving through the planets are moving through us, we are nature. This class is an invitation to remember, invoke and embody.

Through progressive relaxation, we gently drop out of the thinking mind and into the body, drifting into a reparative Theta, a light state of hypnosis. It’s that dreamy threshold between waking and sleep where the nervous system finally exhales, the subconscious mind rises to the surface attentively, and real healing is not only possible but malleable.

Here, held by the sounds of space and the resonance of live gong, your own intentions merge with the subconscious (where all compulsion comes from). No effort is required on your part, a simple ratification to surrender.

JessiMa's work is rooted in the understanding that Theta reset retrains the subconscious mind into a state of self trust, helping to create a more fortified foundation of personal power and sovereignty.
