Kundalini Yoga: Awakening Awareness Under the Full Blue Moon
Saturday May 30, 2026 8:00am - 9:30am MDT
This is a powerful practice that guides each student to connect with their own divine wisdom—enhancing endurance, clarity, intelligence, and intuition.

Through breath-work, rhythmic and repetitive movements, chanting, and meditation, this practice works to awaken energy within the body while supporting balance in the nervous and glandular systems.

Held under the energy of the Full Blue Moon, this session offers a potent opportunity for reflection, release, and renewal. We will close with an immersive sound bath, allowing the vibrations to integrate the experience and carry you into a state of harmony and stillness.

All levels are welcome to explore the transformative power of this practice.  Leave feeling reset, radiant, and aligned.

Though my journey began in the corporate world, everything changed after a chance meeting with my now-husband and musical partner, Rob. That meeting opened the door to a deeper path, and I soon immersed myself in yoga, completing my first 200-hour teacher training through 8 Limbs... Read More →
