Grab your lunch and join Swami for an engaging dialogue on the Wisdom of Impermanence.
Summary "Step out of the shadow of anxiety and into the light of the Eternal. Join us as we explore the root of fear and the fearless nature of the True Self."
Overview "Fear is the shadow cast by the ego’s attachment to the temporary. Whether it is fear of change, loss, or death, the root is always a forgetfulness of our true nature. In this Satsang, we will discuss the concept of 'Abhaya' (fearlessness) found in the Yoga Vasishta. By discerning what changes (the body, the mind, the world) from what never changes (the Witness), we cultivate a courage that is not merely bravery, but a shift in identity. We will learn to rest in the safety of the Immortal 'I' that no sword can cut and no fire can burn."
In Sanskrit, Satsangis a gathering/ sangha of the seekers of Truth/sat.
