Your body and mind are already in conversation with the season. Ayurveda is just the art of learning to listen. This session is an invitation to experience Ayurveda not as a system of rules, but as a living conversation between your body and the world around you.
During our time together, we'll use sensory meditation to feel the qualities of each dosha from the inside out through the body's own recognition of summer heat, spring heaviness, winter wind. From there we'll move into a summer yoga flow designed so that even within a group, you practice as yourself. We’ll explore how your individual constitution, the time of day, and the current season can shape how you inhabit every posture.
No prior Ayurveda knowledge needed. Just bring your body and your curiosity.
