Through breath-work, rhythmic and repetitive movements, chanting, and meditation, this practice works to awaken energy within the body while supporting balance in the nervous and glandular systems.
Held under the energy of the Full Blue Moon, this session offers a potent opportunity for reflection, release, and renewal. We will close with an immersive sound bath, allowing the vibrations to integrate the experience and carry you into a state of harmony and stillness. All levels are welcome to explore the transformative power of this practice. Leave feeling reset, radiant, and aligned.
